Due to health concerns relating to COVID-19 (Coronavirus) as well as precautionary actions suggested by the Center of Disease Control, Wild Rice Electric Cooperative has currently closed our lobby doors to walk-in traffic, keeping our members, employees as well as our community’s health in mind. There are a number of ways to continue do business with Wild Rice Electric remotely via phone or on-line options to assist you with your electrical service(s). Members whom are looking to make a payment are encouraged to use one of our many payment options including our drop box located outside our front door, phone payments, US Postal Service, as well as on-line or automatic deduct options. To learn more about payment options, please click on the Billing Icon. Wild Rice Electric is here to help in assisting our members. WREC has currently suspended service disconnections due to non-pay as well as waiving new late payment charges in order to comply with the governor's voluntary actions requested by electric utilities for the duration of the national security or peacetime emergency.
