The Center Tour, sponsored by Wild Rice Electric, gives members and spouses a chance to experience and learn about the generation of electricity in an educational tour. The tour does include a cost per person, which covers lodging and meals. Tour stops include a visit to the Milton R. Young Generating Plant near Center, N.D., along with other educational and informative stops. The Center Tour is normally held in June with the dates and sign-up information published usually in the April and May issues of the cooperative's Rural DeLight newsletter.
