Wild Rice Electric Cooperative is excited to welcome applications for a  Member Services Representative. The Member Services Representative is an essential team member serving as the first point of contact to all members and visitors via phone or in person at the Cooperative. In addition to greeting members and visitors, the Member Services Representative will process incoming payments, and facilitate service orders for electrical service transfers, tree trimming and yard light service. Additionally, this person will assist with capital credits, rebate processing and collections on delinquent accounts.

This is a full time, non-exempt position with a hiring range of $24.02-$26.59 per hour.

Wild Rice Electric Cooperative is a member owned electric distribution cooperative located in Mahnomen, Minnesota. The Cooperative manages 3,645 miles of line covering 3,200 square miles in Mahnomen County and portions of the five surrounding counties. The Cooperative employs 41 dedicated, knowledgeable and fun employees.
